ROXAS ENTERPRISES which was founded in 1976 until its registration as a corporation with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) with Certificate of Incorporation, S.E.C. Registration No. A199902044 dated April 13, 2000 under the corporate name, V.G. ROXAS COMPANY, INC. (VGRCI)

Ø Currently engaged in the wholesale, retail, importation and supply of various quality products ranging from information technology products (IT), scientific laboratory equipment, instruments, supplies and sophisticated instructional models, trainers, research laboratory equipment for vocational and engineering courses and hospital, dental and medical equipment and supplies.

Ø The Company expanded in May 2000 and established its own building with main office in Mapayapa II Subdivion, Brgy. Holy Spirit, Quezon City.
